Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager/Deputy Manager in handling the daily operations of the department;
- Be responsible for the quality supervision of various daily tasks within the department, coordinate with other supervisors for adjustments, and regularly report to senior management;
- Take overall responsibility for the daily operation, maintenance, repair, and inspection of the central air-conditioning system and related equipment, and lead and guide subordinates in completing relevant tasks;
- Propose improvement and optimization solutions for equipment and system operations;
- Be responsible for the technical training and assessment of air-conditioning technicians; manage the collection, organization, and archiving of air-conditioning system/equipment documentation and technical materials. Submit monthly work plans and work reports for management review;
- Issue maintenance work orders for air-conditioning equipment; propose procurement plans for maintenance tools, materials, and spare parts. Supervise the work quality of outsourced contractors and provide technical support in coordination with other departments;
- Complete temporary tasks assigned by supervisors;
- Travel as required in accordance with work and departmental needs (if applicable).
Requirements:
- Associate degree or above;
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 5 years in team or shift management;
- Certification as a Technician or Assistant Engineer;
- Proficient in operating Windows and Microsoft Office software;
- Familiar with the operation, maintenance, and construction of facilities and equipment in high-rise buildings, and knowledgeable about relevant technical codes and standards;
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to independently handle emergency situations.
