Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication
- Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes
- Analyze store operations data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to refine the go-to-market approach
- Prepare detailed report & deliver market insights to support strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Take part in strategic planning and execution of online businesses and respective social media exposure
- Support senior management on preparing business presentation materials and internal / external communications materials
- Take on ad hoc projects, events, and assignments as assigned by your superior, showcasing your versatility and initiative
Requirement
- Degree holder of any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in large corporations
- Strong business mindset, with knowledge of store operations would be an advantage
- Experience in retail marketing, including e-comm and social media management, is a plus
- Proficient in using AI tools, such as Copilot, Gemini, Canva, Midjourney, etc. preferred
- A good team player who possesses strong interpersonal skills, thrives in a multi-tasking environment, and has a keen eye for detail
- Good time management and able to work under pressure
- Demonstrate logical thinking and an innovative approach to business development
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Strong language and interpersonal skills with good written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Occasional travel as and when required
