工作职责：

1. 收集、研究国家及本地安全相关的法律、法规、标准、规范、资料等，建立安全资料库，对接当地应急管理部门；
2. 参与编制项目安全管理目标、年度安全工作计划，起草公司健康安全、应急预案、安全责任制等安全管理体系文件；
3. 掌握公司各部门工作内容和现场状况，负责危险源辨识、评价方法等的培训，组织并指导各专业组进行危险源辨识风险评价工作，发现事故隐患并指导各部门整改；
4. 制定隐患排查方案，并组织公司各部门进行安全隐患排查；
5. 指导公司各部门完成安全工作，并对其对安全体系文件的执行情况进行检查；
6. 定期组织并落实对公司承包商的安全检查，编制检查报告，向上级汇报检查情况；
7. 汇总综合服务部年度突发事故演练计划，并督促综合服务部各专业组按照计划完成演练，向集团综合服务部发送演练报告；
8. 审核项目活动布展方案、综合服务部施工方案，提出其中存在的安全隐患，并提出整改建议；
9. 接受集团功能主管（安全）相关工作培训，之后转培训项目上相关人员，按照集团功能主管（安全）要求，改进项目上的安全管理文件；
10. 完成上级交办的其它工作，完成集团功能主管（安全）的工作安排。

基本要求：

1. 本科或以上学历，安全工程及相关专业（公安学类、管理科学与工程类、建设工程管理类）
2. 5年以上安全管理工作经验，有商业物业安全管理经验者、安全管理体系建设经验者优先。有培训讲解、会议主持经验。
3. 有基本的英文读写能力，熟练使用OFFICE等办公软件。取得注册安全工程师资格（初级/中级）者优先，需要取得安全生产知识和管理能力考核合格证（应急局颁发），或安全生产标准化体系评审员证书，或ISO45001内审员证书，或建筑施工安全员（B证、C证）。熟悉安全生产法及相关的法律法规、安全生产相关技术规范、企业安全生产标准化规范的相关内容。具备安全风险评估能力、安全隐患排查的能力、及处理现场突发安全事故的能力。善于沟通，良好的人际交往能力和沟通能力，主动学习，善于观察分析总结，工作态度积极。
