Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy & Online-to Offline (O2O) Experience
  • Act as the brand custodian to ensure a consistent, premium brand expression across all B2B marketing, corporate communications, and digital touchpoints.
  • Bridge digital communications with physical property experiences to deliver engaging Online-to-Offline (O2O) branding initiatives tailored for corporate clients and business partners.
  • Formulate and execute narrative-led B2B brand campaigns that align with overarching business objectives and reinforce the company’s premium market positioning.
  • Adopt a data-driven approach by leveraging market intelligence and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and continuously refine brand strategies.

  1. Digital Communications & Content Strategy
  • Drive comprehensive digital strategies across the corporate website, intranet, and key social media platforms (specifically LinkedIn, WeChat, and Xiaohongshu) to enhance regional B2B engagement.
  • Oversee the end-to-end corporate content creation process, translating complex B2B messaging into compelling digital narratives.
  • Leverage emerging technologies, including generative AI, to optimize digital workflows, streamline content generation, and enhance website user experience.

  1. Project Development & Regional Collaboration
  • Spearhead the end-to-end development and execution of concurrent regional communication projects, ensuring seamless delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments and regional offices in Chinese Mainland to ensure cohesive brand strategies that accommodate local market nuances.
  • Manage external creative, media, and digital agencies to ensure the high-quality, cost-effective, and timely delivery of campaigns and digital assets.
  • Identify and evaluate strategic sponsorships, partnerships, and industry event opportunities to amplify the company's regional market presence.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 8 to 10 years of solid experience in B2B corporate communications, branding, or marketing, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to managing digital platforms and social media.
  • Proven track record in driving cross-departmental project development and collaborating effectively with regional teams in Chinese Mainland.
  • Strong understanding of major digital platforms (LinkedIn, WeChat, Xiaohongshu) and practical experience utilizing AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and content generation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret platform metrics and translate them into actionable, data-driven marketing insights.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), with strong corporate copywriting and storytelling capabilities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and manage projects independently under tight deadlines within a matrix organization.
