Assistant Manager - Corporate Communications (Brand Communications)

Responsibilities:
(A) Brand Strategy & O2O Experience

Support the development and execution of brand communication strategies that strengthen brand positioning and enhance customer engagement across digital and physical touchpoints.

Act as a brand custodian to ensure consistent, premium brand expression across corporate communications, digital platforms and customer experiences.

Drive integrated Online-to-Offline (O2O) communications that connect digital engagement with property and customer journeys.

Develop and implement B2B brand campaigns that support business objectives, increase brand visibility and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
(B) Digital Communications & Content Strategy

Drive integrated digital communications across key channels including corporate website, direct mail and social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, WeChat, Xiaohongshu).

Develop audience-centric content and communication plans that support awareness, engagement and conversion objectives.

Manage the development of compelling content and digital experiences, translating complex business messages into impactful and engaging communications.

Oversee always-on content management and social media operations, ensuring content relevance, audience growth and channel effectiveness.

Explore and leverage emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to enhance content creation, personalization and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify communication opportunities that support business and commercial priorities.
(C) Project Development & Regional Collaboration

Lead the execution of regional and local communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines and brand standards.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver seamless campaigns across digital, social, direct marketing and on-ground touchpoints.

Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors and partners to ensure quality, timely and cost-effective delivery.

Support the development of strategic partnerships, sponsorships and industry engagement opportunities that enhance brand awareness and reputation.
(D) Performance Management and Analytics

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and communication activities through relevant performance metrics and audience insights.

Translate data and market intelligence into actionable recommendations that improve communication effectiveness, audience engagement and business outcomes.

Prepare management reports and performance updates to support decision-making and continuous optimization of project investments and communications strategies.
(E) Governance and Communication Standards

Ensure all communications and brand activities adhere to brand guidelines, corporate standards and customer experience principles.

Promote communication best practices across channels and markets to maintain consistency and quality of brand delivery.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, CRM, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
-
6–8 years of relevant experience in brand communications, digital marketing, corporate communications or related disciplines, preferably within a B2B environment.

Proven experience in developing and executing integrated multi-channel communication and marketing campaigns across website, direct marketing, and social platforms

Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, audience segmentation, customer journeys and conversion-focused communications.

Hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media, content management and marketing technology platforms, including analytics and reporting tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and audience data, generate insights and recommend improvements.

Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaign or project delivery, including planning, governance, launch coordination, and post-campaign optimization

Experience managing external agencies, creative partners and vendors to deliver high-quality communication and brand initiatives

Solid understanding of brand governance and communication standards, ensuring consistency across markets and channels

Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across functions and markets.

Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), with strong storytelling and content development capabilities.

Proactive, detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
