The Senior Officer – HR Technology will act as a key link between HR and IT, supporting HR systems, assisting users with day-to-day queries, and contributing to digital and automation initiatives. This position will also play an important role in improving how employees use our HR systems through training and clear documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line support for HR systems e.g., SuccessFactors, handling user questions and system-related issues
  • Help employees resolve system problems quickly and efficiently
  • Track and follow up on requests to ensure a smooth user experience
  • Support HR digital projects, including automation and system enhancements
  • Assist in improving processes through tools such as chatbots or workflow automation
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance system efficiency and user experience
  • Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, and FAQs, and ensure materials are clear, user-friendly and up-to-date in line with system updates
  • Deliver training sessions and onboarding support for HR systems, prepare training materials such as guides, slides, and demo videos, and empower employees to use HR systems effectively
  • Manage user access and system roles, ensure data accuracy and timeliness throughout the employee lifecycle and support the smooth operation and security of HR systems
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports, analyze data to identify trends and support HR decision-making and recommend improvements to enhance HR processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR systems or related roles
  • Experience in system support or implementation is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage)
  • Strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis
  • Ability to develop user guides and documentation
  • Strong customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to explain system concepts in a clear and user-friendly way
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
